Liability

btc-banco provides the platform on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee profit from any trade, nor are we liable for losses resulting from market volatility, technical outages, or third-party service failures.

You are solely responsible for the security of your login credentials. btc-banco will not be liable for unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain password confidentiality.

Intellectual Property

All content on btc-banco — including logos, interface design, code, and written materials — is the exclusive property of btc-banco. Reproduction or redistribution without written consent is prohibited.

Account Termination

btc-banco may suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or subject to a regulatory order. Users will be notified except where prohibited by law.

Appeals for account reinstatement must be submitted in writing within 30 days of suspension notice. btc-banco will review appeals within 15 business days.

Third-Party Services

btc-banco integrates with third-party payment processors and identity verification providers. These providers operate under their own terms. btc-banco is not responsible for their service performance or data practices.

Security Obligations

You agree to enable two-factor authentication on your btc-banco account. You must notify btc-banco immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. Failure to report known security incidents may limit your ability to claim compensation.

Your Rights

You retain ownership of all funds deposited into your btc-banco account. You have the right to withdraw your funds at any time, subject to identity verification requirements and applicable legal holds.

Changes to Terms
